Why Choose GOODLIFE?

100% Premium Virgin Raw Materials

A premium polycarbonate sheet requires quality raw materials. We rely exclusively on 100% virgin polycarbonate resin from Bayer and SABIC and UV additives from SABIC to guarantee exceptional clarity, strength, and weather resistance.

High Light Transmission & Diffusion

The design provides excellent light transmission while its honeycomb structure diffuses light effectively to provide even illumination—perfect for greenhouses or architectural lighting projects.

Superior Fire Resistance

Safety is of utmost importance. Our polycarbonate sheets have earned a Class B1 rating, meaning they self-extinguish in case of fire without producing toxic droplets.

Extreme Impact Resistance

Our four-wall sheet is nearly unbreakable—over 200 times stronger than glass. Suitable for extreme weather, including hailstorms and high winds, it will protect your investment.

Excellent Flexibility

Despite its strength, the sheet can be cold-bent on-site to create beautiful architectural curves for roofing, canopies, and facades without compromising performance.

Professional Installation

  • Film Removal: Remove the PE protective film immediately after installation to avoid it melting onto the sheet.
  • Bending Rules: For temporary storage or curved installations, the bending radius should not be less than 100 times the sheet thickness. Unfold it for 24 hours to eliminate pressure before installation.
  • Drainage: Seal the ends properly. Ensure at least one end noses down to allow condensed water drainage.
  • Fastening: Screws should not be completely tightened ('deadly closed'); the sheet needs space to move during thermal expansion and contraction.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What's the MOQ for four-wall polycarbonate hollow sheet?

A.

The MOQ is typically 5 tons per color/thickness for optimal consistency. However, for transparent colors which we keep in stock, we can ship as little as one sheet. Contact us for precise estimates.

Q. Can this sheet be used in greenhouses?

A.

Yes. Our 10mm four-wall sheet is ideal for greenhouses. Its superior thermal insulation maintains consistent temperatures, reducing heating costs, while the optional anti-fog coating prevents condensation.

Q. How does a four-wall sheet compare with a twin-wall sheet?

A.

Four-wall structures typically offer superior thermal insulation (lower U-value) as well as increased rigidity and impact strength when compared with standard twin-wall sheets of similar thickness.

Q. Is the sheet flexible and can it be bent?

A.

Yes, it can be cold-bent on site. The minimum bending radius should be at least 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
