Professional Installation

  • UV Orientation: The UV-protected side (indicated by film) MUST face the sun.
  • Pre-Drilling: Always pre-drill holes 2-3mm larger than the screw shaft to allow for thermal expansion.
  • Fasteners: Use roofing screws with EPDM rubber washers. Do not over-tighten.
  • Overlap: Lateral overlap of at least one full wave trough. Longitudinal overlap of 200-300mm.
  • Roof Pitch: Minimum slope of 5° is required for effective water drainage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A.

Standard MOQ is 3 metric tons. However, if we have current production of the same spec, we can reduce this to a few hundred kilograms.

Q. Do your sheets have UV protection on both sides?

A.

Corrugated sheets usually have single-side UV protection, which is standard for roofing where only one side faces the sun.

Q. Can I get custom lengths?

A.

Yes, we can produce unlimited custom lengths according to your specific project requirements.

Q. What widths are available?

A.

We offer three standard widths: 840mm, 960mm, and 1100mm.

Q. How much thermal expansion should I allow for?

A.

Polycarbonate expands about 0.065mm/m/°C. Always pre-drill holes 2-3mm larger than the screw to accommodate this.
